What the squads are
Trampoline & DMT squads in Huddersfield
Our Regional Squad is for gymnasts who already compete in any gymnastics discipline, or are ready to. Above it sit our National squads (Group 1 and Group 2 National Development) and Double Mini Trampoline (DMT), for committed gymnasts training towards high-level competition and long-term performance pathways.
Sessions are structured, purposeful and progressive, led by our qualified British Gymnastics coaching team, with a strong focus on quality, consistency and every athlete’s wellbeing.
Not ready for a squad yet? Pocket Rockets is the trampoline class that leads into it, and our other trampoline classes have no pressure to compete.

More about this class
Our Regional Squad, for gymnasts already competing in any gymnastics discipline or ready to compete. It’s our trampoline programme for gymnasts with strong foundations who are confidently doing forward and backward somersaults (self-taught gymnasts are welcome too). Sessions include a gymnastics warm up, trampoline training and strength and conditioning, with a focus on technique, routines and consistency.
New to KTGA? You don’t have to be a current member to enquire.

- Mon, Tue, Wed & Fri 4–6:15pm · Sat 10:30am–12:45pm

- Train from once up to five times a week: we recommend at least twice a week
