Draft for Aaron to confirm before the new site goes live.

Who we are

This site, kirkleestrampoline.co.uk, belongs to Kirklees Trampoline Gymnastics Academy (KTGA), based at Huddersfield Leisure Centre, Spring Grove Street, Huddersfield HD1 4BP. You can reach us on 01484 976253 or through our contact form.

What we collect

If you use our “Message us” form, we receive the details you type in: your name, email, your phone number and your child’s age (both optional), the topic and your message. We only use them to reply to you.

Bookings and payments are not made on this site. They happen in our booking portal, run by iClassPro, which opens in a window on our site. iClassPro collects the details you enter there and has its own privacy policy.

How we send your message

The contact form uses a service called Web3Forms to deliver your message to our inbox. Your message passes through their servers on its way to us.

Cookies

This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts and images are hosted on the site itself. The booking portal in the pop-up window may set its own cookies, for example to keep you logged in. Those are controlled by iClassPro.

How long we keep things

We keep contact messages only as long as we need them to answer you and keep sensible records. Booking records are kept in the booking portal under its own rules.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Just message us and we’ll help.

Photos and video

We may take photos and video at the academy for training, marketing and promotion. If you’d rather your child wasn’t included, please tell reception or the coaches before your first session. Our FAQs have more on this.

Changes

We may update this page from time to time. The latest version will always be here.

Draft: October 2026.
