Our gymnastics classes are a friendly first step for children aged 3½ to 6. Set up for little gymnasts, with mini equipment, soft play, air track and beams, they build strength, balance and coordination while learning to listen and take turns.
When they’re ready for more, Champ Tots (ages 4–7) is our first step into structured trampolining, and Trampoline FUNdamentals works brilliantly alongside our gymnastics classes.

A fun first experience of gymnastics, in a set-up made for little gymnasts: mini equipment, soft play, air track and beams. Children build strength, balance and coordination while learning to listen and take turns.
Whether your child is brand new to gymnastics or already loves to move, it’s a friendly stepping stone.

What age is gymnastics for?
Our gymnastics classes are for children aged 3½ to 6. They’re set up for little gymnasts, so they’re a friendly place to start.
